We currently ship across the UK, Ireland, the EU, and select international locations.

 

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

We use Royal Mail or tracked courier services depending on destination and weight.

 

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for postal delays once your package has left our hands.

 

International Orders & Customs

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply. These are set by your country’s laws and are outside our control.

 

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays—especially during peak seasons.

U.S. Shipping Update

Due to new U.S. import rules (August 2025), all U.S. orders now include a £10 handling fee to cover customs clearance and duties.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

 

Most items are made or assembled to order, and we operate a small-batch, boutique production model. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, or if there’s a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll always make it right.
